Leaders with little to no experience benefit greatly from recurring (or as-needed) mentorship sessions with Donna (Gen P). More often than not, first-time leaders are given new responsibilities with little to no training or mentorship support. Donna provides that much needed support by first listening with her whole heart to fully understand before providing guidance.
